What we collect
- Name, email, phone number, to confirm your booking and send reminders
- Date of birth (optional), to send you birthday wishes
- Telegram ID (if you sign in via the bot), for authentication and reminders
- Visit history, for our internal analytics and your own records
How we use it
- Booking confirmations and reminders, Telegram, email, SMS
- Service quality surveys after a visit
- Website analytics (Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics), only with your consent
We do not sell your data to third parties.
Cookies
Necessary: login session, language settings, the site does not work without them.
Analytics (Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics): loaded only after you agree in the “🍪 Cookies” banner. You can decline, everything keeps working, we simply collect no statistics.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Ask what data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Export your data in a machine-readable format

Storage
Data is stored in the European Union (Vercel + Neon Postgres). Active client data is kept indefinitely. Data of a user who deleted their account is permanently removed within 30 days.
